Aaah yes, it’s that time of year again. The time when I go out into garden and dig up literally 100+ pounds of onions. These are grown from two bundles of seed onions. One bundle of Southern Red and one bundle of 1015 Super Sweet onions.
The onions were larger than normal this year because I grew them in a different part of the garden. The whopper for this year was a 3 pound 8.8 ounce monster.
