Sometimes you just want some homemade BBQ sauce. (or you want to grill and realize there is no pre-made in the pantry or frig!) This is my own version of a spicy southern BBQ sauce.
Ingredients
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Butter
- Water
- Tomato Paste
- Beef Bouillon
- Mashed Garlic
- Coriander Powder
- Oregano Powder
- Red Hot Pepper (ground)
- Black Pepper (ground)
- Brown Sugar
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Liquid Smoke
- Salt (if really needed)
Directions
- So here’s the fun part, I’m not giving you any ratios, amounts or otherwise directions on how much of anything you should use. 😉
- Melt the butter and use it to saute the garlic
- Add in the Tomato Paste and Vinegar
- Keep the sauce pan over a low heat and start adding all the ingredients to taste.
- Have fun!
- Cook it down to whatever consistency you like, apply to you favorite meat and grill.
